Real estate agents are a dime a dozen but Tom and Cheryl Foley are working hard to stand out in the crowd and make working with them a Client First experience. Both are New Jersey natives who migrated south with a short layover in North Carolina – personally buying, selling and renovating multiple homes has allowed them to fully understand the ins and outs of buying and selling a home while enduring the moving joys and sorrows.
As a response to our new normal, and given over 50% of our clients live remotely, The Client First Team leverages easy to use technology, such as Facetime, WhatsApp, and Zoom to engage introduction, property reviews, virtual visits, and event Contract review and closings. At the same time, if permitted we always enjoy meeting face-to-face.
At the same time, we stand out because we SAVE our clients $$. While providing a full service, The Client First Team lowers its overall commission fees to 4% - for a client selling their $400,000 home they would save $8,000 when comparing to using an Agent asking for 6% commission. Additionally, we incent the buyer’s agent by splitting the commission as 1.5% to the seller agent (us) and 2.5% to the buyer agent. This is a significant difference from the 4% commission plan offered by others.
